We aim to deliver work of excellent quality, while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

In order to ensure uniform quality standards on every project, which doesn't depend only on the ability of individual translators, we have developed a production process suitable for projects of any kind and size. To support our co-workers, we have established clear working guidelines, which are constantly under renewal.

Quality assurance
Internal quality assurance procedures have been created to meet the needs of our clients and they are based on a model similar to UNI VISION 2000 standard.

Our quality assurance system is based on the systematic control of every document translated or processed. This system is the result of the effective sharing of individual and team responsibility, clearly defined procedures, as well as various quality control stages and it is based on human skills essential to quality management. This approach allows us to reach a high quality level in conformity with the client's expectations.
