Terminology
“Terminology research” means highlighting specific terms
(generally technical ones) in order to find the exact translation
in the target language.
While the creation or updating of bilingual or multilingual glossaries
is the fundamental step during the localization stage, the main
aim of terminology research is, on the other hand, to incorporate
the most recurring words.
There are numerous advantages in having a terminology database for
a specific sector; it is a great help to translators when searching
for terms, it saves considerable time and ensures that the text
is uniformly translated.
One advanced instrument for terminology management is MultiTerm,
delivered with the Trados Workbench software.
We work closely with the customer for the duration of the traduction/localization
